We visit The Bluecoat - Liverpool's newly refurbished arts centre
Before The Bluecoat was refurbished it was on 27 different levels but now nearly the whole building is accessible to the disabled. We see a workshop for people with learning disabilities and visit the North West Disability Arts Forum which operates in the building.
