Council Innovation in Climate Change
The UK has seen an unprecedented amount of snowfall in the first week of 2010. As frontline services launch into action to keep Britain moving, how are local authorities managing to tackle the climate change agenda in the long term? The Local Government Channel speaks to Diane Tilley, of Worcestershire County Council, about why the council was recently awarded beacon status for its approach to tackling climate change.
