In 2009 it will be 5 years since the Government launched its white paper 'Choosing Health' urging us all to live healthier lives. Local Government Channel reporter Sam Hughes talks to the National Advisor for Healthy Communities, Liam Hughes, to find out what role Local Authorities can play in helping communities adopt healthier lifestyles.
