The Otherside Gallery: helping outsider artists
In 2008 The Otherside Gallery was recognised for its innovative work in offering services and opportunities to artists who are in some way excluded from society such as people who use mental health services or those with physical disabilities. The Local Government Channel speaks to Joan Podel from the gallery and hears how it is changing the lives of the artist members and what makes it innovative.
