LGA's Margaret Eaton on moving on from Baby P
Following Lord Laming's report in the wake of Baby P, which looked into progress made since his review into Victoria Climbie's death, the Local Government Channel speaks with Chairman of the Local Government Association. Cllr Margaret Eaton tells our reporter, Sam Hughes, why accountability is key to the future of social services and why incompetence must be stamped out.
