John Ransford on councils leading the recovery
As the Prime Minister Gordon Brown promises councils more help with social housing, the new Chief Executive of the Local Government Association John Ransford tells Local Government Channel reporter Sam Hughes why he welcomes such a move if the resources are available and explains why the LGA has sent a 10 point action plan to central government.
