People from the public sector on the cost of regeneration
The message from Government to councils is to keep regenerating despite the recession, but when money is tight how can we really afford to? Local Government Channel reporter Sam Hughes went along to Westminster Briefing's conference on Dealing with the Economic Downturn to find out what people in local government and those working with the sector think.
