How self-directed support is changing one user's life
With the national aim to make personalisation the cornerstone of public services, we meet Sabine Holland who has learning disabilities and Down's syndrome but is reaping the benefits of having control of her own budget to choose what she does and doesn't do. We chat to her father Tony who tells us the difference it has made to his daughter's life, his own life and that of her whole family.
