Interview with Basil Morrison, CLGF Chairperson
CLGF Chairperson, Basil Morrison, tells the Local Government Channel's Stephen Horn why local governments around the Commonwealth need strong infrastructure in place to deliver services to local people. Morrison says that although the Commonwealth represents a diverse group of countries, with differing challenges, there is much they can learn from each other's experiences.
